SOS Therapy and Learning Centre

Shocking. I tried contacting this practice on several occasions owing to a referral letter from a doctor. Its 3 weeks since Ive made a conserted effort to get in touch with someone who can help, left several messages including sending through the referral letter but to no avail. Just wondering if I did take my daughter here what would the consequences have been.

went 5 weeks ago a Friday to do an assessment for my 3 years old son. met a lady name Ann or Annie. took all our detail and told me they are pretty busy. someone DEFINITELY will call me next week about the appointment.I'm waiting since 5 weeks. it put my son 5 weeks behind. very unprofessional behaviour, not recommended at all.

Wow, what a kind and helpful owner!! By far the most useful recommendations I've received, I wish everywhere else I've called gave so much time and patience.

My daughter and I have been part of SOS therapy since my daughter was 5 years old. Now she is 18. The owner of this business Clare Catmore is also a senior pathologist at this practice and is the most amazing therapist you could have. She knows her stuff, she has been to every single self improvement and professional development course there could be. She helped my daughter learn to speak and reason. Although we have NDIS funding, Clare charges very reasonable rate, she doesn't charge for travel apart from regular ATO rate is. Clare fell ill and has been away from her practice for more than a year. I tried to find a better therapist than Clare, I tried to find a therapist, none of them are worth it. I am so glad that she is back and we can continue on with the therapy.

Excellent advice from the owner Clare who gave her time to help me even though she has closed her waitlist so wouldn't be able to see us. Clare is clearly a dedicated, very experienced speech pathologist. Thankyou.
